Today, let’s talk about sanity making a bit of a comeback via the UK Supreme Court ruling where Britain’s top judges decided that a woman, in the eyes of the law, is defined by biological sex, and that even those who hold a gender recognition certificate (or self-ID as it’s called here) are not, and were never, legally allowed to access female-only spaces.
In simple terms, the definition of “women” does not include transgender women. Surprise!
It is important to note here that the court’s remit was focused on interpretation of existing laws, not creating new laws. In other words, women had to go to court to fight for rights they already had.
But before you think it’s all smooth sailing from here, I would caution you to cool your jets. As is the way of these things, not everybody is willing to accept the reality of biological sex in both real life and in law. This, it appears, is even the view of many insiders in the British Government.
All of which probably helps to explain Starmer’s truculence around refusing to stop a plan to thwart last week’s Supreme Court ruling. The plot emerged in leaked WhatsApp messages from a group chat of Labour MPs.
Ministers and MPs have met to discuss how to keep promoting trans rights in the wake of the landmark judgment. They are understood to be planning to take their demands to the equalities minister.
And now this week four female Labour Govt MPs have signed a trans rights pledge that brands the Supreme Court's ruling on biological sex definitions as “divisive”. The quartet also endorsed a statement affirming that lesbian rights do not conflict with those of transgender people. Oh, really?
For a start, when 40 per cent of people on lesbian dating apps in the UK are men pretending – very badly – to be women, you know that’s just not true.
NGOs are also getting in on the naughty act.
A high number of domestic violence shelters – at least five charities operating more than eighty women’s refuges across Britain – have promised to continue accepting transgender victims even if they are biologically male. No doubt their funding would be negatively affected without them.
The London Marathon held this past weekend blatantly continued to let men pretending to be women compete in the women’s race. They await “guidance.” Race director Hugh Brasher said, “the London Marathon is about positivity.” Yeah, but only if you’re a man. The women, well, they can sod off.
And how about discrimination lawyers having totally opposing views on the clear-cut Supreme Court ruling?
Now, if you think all of that is mad, you really should see some of the trans activists who were up in arms after the ruling, taking to the streets to protest. They vandalised statues and some urinated openly on the streets as if to mark their territory. A bigger show of a men’s rights march would be hard to find.
And if those signs about killing women haven’t broken the law then how is it that people are locked up all over Britain for merely ‘liking’ comments on Facebook about the immigration crisis?
But just like here in NZ and Australia and America the trans movement likes to incorporate other movements within it.
That if course, tells you all need to know. These people know it’s not possible to change sex; they know it’s all an elaborate lie. BUT burning it all down is the goal. Why else talk about Palestine in the same breath? Or scream out for the “defeat of the British capitalist state through socialist revolution.’
All traditions, all social norms, all religion, all history is to be deleted, erased, and replaced with a Marxist utopia.
And if that’s not enough, it’s very evident having watching tons of videos – the things I do so that I can bring my dulcet tones to you – that the predominant disposition amongst the protestors is one of severe mental illness. The trans movement is literally chock-full of insanity. Which is helpful if you want to manipulate them into being useful idiots for the REVOLUTION.
Despite the UK Supreme Court ruling, and all that Trump is trying to do in the US, I believe we’ve still got miles to go before we make it home.
This movement will wither on the vine, but the dying part may take a bit longer.
