We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join the RCR team based in Queenstown! 

As Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the station including coordinating with the wider RCR team both in studio and around the country to ensure all admin duties are completed. 

This will be an initial 3 or 6-month contract with the potential to extend to a longer contract.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will see you working in Queenstown, from the freshly built RCR studio. You'll be working on a variety of radio shows and communicating with hosts, guests and listeners. 

  • Working in Queenstown from the freshly built RCR studio, managing a variety of radio shows, and communicating with hosts, guests, and listeners.
  • Coordinating with show producers, social media teams, upload teams, and admins to ensure all admin duties are completed.
  • Answering and replying to phone calls and texts.
  • Assisting the Live Stream Producers during live on-air shows.
  • Assisting with customer loading, maintaining client databases, and ensuring records are up to date.
  • Managing music programming, file management, and sharing, and providing general administrative support as needed.

About You:

  • Previous experience in office administration, ideally in a similar field or industry.
  • A computing background with the ability to solve basic computer problems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in programming, scheduling, and office software.
  • Customer service experience: IT networking experience is a bonus but not necessary.
